About Jack

Jack Eigen is a filmmaker with a background in the kitchens he now documents. His culinary experience includes a four-year apprenticeship with pastry chef Raphaël Dequeker and staging at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris. He is also a student of VSB Bologna, studying traditional pasta making.

Through More than Mise, Jack shoots around the world, bringing a culinary perspective to his conversations and films. His work explores how people find their calling, develop their craft, and carry it forward.
